Success Stories:

UCSD was growing rapidly after the arrival of Dr. A.J. Mundt to the Moores Cancer Center in La Jolla CA. While only three years old, the new radiotherapy center was built in the basement and on a corner lot, not conducive to expansion. With an expanding patient population and diminished opportunity for research, UCSD was seeking an expedient and capital free solution.

The RAD Solution

Two vaults, one PET CT and over 16,000 SF of space provided the needed relief. With programming and design provided by Healthcare Architects at ZGF, RAD completed the construction documents, built the facility and leased it to UCSD. From arrival on site to turn over to the University, RAD’s patented modular solutions were completed in just 115 days.
